The service

Laya is a study tool for the UPSC Civil Services Examination: lessons, a recall drill engine, spoken-answer evaluation (Zubani), focus sessions, and a mastery map. A paid pass grants access to exactly what exists in the product on the day of purchase — no roadmap promises.

Laya is intended for adults preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

Accounts

You need a free account before any purchase. Keep your sign-in to yourself: a pass is personal and non-transferable, and concurrent-use limits apply to paid video.

Passes and expiry

Pass periods are exact timestamps: capture time plus 7×24 hours (Week) or 30×24 hours (Month), displayed in IST. The Season pass is valid till 5 September 2027 — the last Mains 2027 GS paper day + 7 days; on any UPSC reschedule it is extended, never shortened.

A new purchase during an active pass starts when the current one ends. A Season pass absorbs any remaining Week or Month time; no credit is issued.

Under subscription billing, the Month renews automatically via UPI Autopay until you cancel. Cancelling is one tap in settings and stops all future charges; a cycle already paid runs to its end.

Refunds

All sales are final — no refunds, on any pass, ever. Nothing is pro-rated. The full policy is on the refunds page.

Content

Question notes are public and free to read on the web. Paid videos, slides, and drills are licensed to you for personal study only — redistribution, re-hosting, or resale is not permitted.
